What is your personal accountability score today?

The bad news is that your “to do” list will never end. As you gain in skills and knowledge, there is a tendency to add to the list. Why? Because now you are more experienced and more skilled, you should be able to get more done. Right?

What if you examined your “to do” list to see if it contains the stuff that is most important to you and your health? Mental health? Spiritual health? Physical health? My coaching experience with ALL of my clients is that when they are in good mental, spiritual and physical shape, the “to do” list gets shorter and they are more effective?

How, you ask, is that possible? Well…you gain in wisdom and then determine what is most important to you…then you make a list that fills those most important needs and wants. Boom, shorter list.
