What Does Readiness Mean To You?
September 9, 2026
The first thing I think of is getting ready for an important meeting and being there on time. Readiness could be getting all the “back to school” items purchased; assembled; sorted; filled. Readiness can also mean you taking a good look at how prepared you are to feel safe and comfortable in your current world details.
You might need to follow FEMA or the RED Cross on being prepared for the storms and fires that are still coming or currently raging.
But readiness is not always a physical plan or actions. It could be how prepared you are with yourself. Your health; feelings; money; location; job commitments. May I ask you to consider you and what you need and want. Make a list. Sit with it. Respect it. But know what is most important to you right here and now and then do it in the steps that meet your physical, emotional and spiritual needs and wants.
