There is nothing more frustrating than taking a look at how you are leading and communicating and finding it “a bit” lacking. (Being kind here).

How are things going with the team? What are you doing with all the AI information? Being critical of the effective ones/accountable ones is not very mature. Little sleep; no hydration; high blood pressure; DoorDash each night; a fat puppy that needs a walk.

Seriously, you can only hide from you for a short period of time before that one looking at you in the mirror is the potential enemy. Make a list of what is working and do more of that. Make a list of what is not working and do LESS of that.
