Tell Them

January 9, 2026

If you ended your year with grievances and anger, you might want to give that energy away. We try to be right and it can get us in a lot of trouble.

How do you tell someone that what they do and/or say irritates you; hurts you; blocks success; creates doubt about their abilities and more.

How do you want to be told that you can do something better, faster, neatly…? Then use that kindness and information to form how you want to share this valuable performance improving information. Timely “telling” based on rapport goes a very long way toward solving the issues and trains you to handle what needs to be handled. Skip the anger and anxiety. It does not make you right it only builds high cortisol levels.
