Napkins??

April 29, 2026

You can use a napkins for pretty much anything. Wiping a spill. Wiping your mouth while eating. Setting it under a cold drink to catch the condensation from the ice. Cleaning up the kitchen, work kitchen, toddler’s lunch (tray and floor). Remove the disturbing food drip from your chest (never happens to me 😊). A napkin is terrific when you stop for a milkshake and put the drink in your car drink holder – also good when the cream from the top of the shake drips. Napkins keep us somewhat clean and they are useful. Grammas and Grampas have learned that napkins are essential in their time with their grandkids. Of course a napkin can also be a tissue or hankie.

My office always has napkins for my tea, water bottle and occasional energy drink.

Natalie, why are we talking about napkins? Great question!! I want you to be aware of the little things you use daily to help with your life. I want you to be aware of how many times you have needed a napkin or tissue. Awareness wakes us up to the little things, but then gets us ready for the bigger awareness events. What else do you need to be aware of right now that is as helpful as a napkin; as ordinary as a napkin; as essential as a napkin? Next steps…accountability with awareness. Do think on that one.
