Maybe Choosing To Be Generous Is The Answer

October 31, 2025

Saying thank you and being generous can light us up. Especially if it is unexpected. Letting someone into the lane during peak traffic is generous. When they wave and say thank you it feeeeeeelllllllsssss so good. Kind of makes your day.

So if it feels so good, maybe we could choose generosity more often.

Today, tomorrow, next week, let someone in during peak traffic. Maybe let someone into the check-out lane ahead of us with only 3 things instead of the 36 we have in our basket. Or just choosing to be present where we are, no scrolling on our phone, and noticing life that is happening around us. I bet you can find many examples and opportunities to be generous and say thank you.
