After all my years of coaching highly successful, performance and strategy based leaders, I will share with you that the principles of leadership excellence are “evergreen”. A thousand years ago, a hundred years ago, or last week, we can define a leader. The characteristics are classic and revered.

The difference in leadership determination is in how we communicate and behaviorally perform in these tech heavy days. A transactional leader or one that contributes to relational strategies and processes, is easily identifiable. It is rare that the transactional leader is the remembered one, the admired one, the trusted and respected one. So, how are you doing communicating to yourself and the broad base of those who see you and truly want to emulate you and your behaviors?
