Sharing Some Best Practices For Relaxing

Like you, I am busy. Sometimes up to my kneecaps in trying to rush to get things done and bogged down by the noises in my head…”this should have been done sooner”…on and on.

None of you have ever had that happen to you, right? 60 thousand “what the heck” thoughts when focusing would help guide us. Who can even think about relaxing?

Three best practices for relaxing: breathe, put your technology away for an hour; drink a whole glass of refreshing lemon water/lime water/orange water. Just as it sounds…cut up limes, lemons and/or oranges into a glass of water. No ice, just drink and breathe. Consider what was most important to you when you were at your most relaxed. Can’t get there?

May I help?
