What Are Your Best Practices For Communicating Well?

Being reminded that our communication practices might need a dash of spice or renewal is a good way to look at the information you are receiving. If you are not receiving clear and timely information from the people you are communicating with most often, you just might be the issue.

Are you clear? Do you ask if they understand the information? Are you supportive of their questions? Do you give timely feedback to communications being sent to you?

The very best way to find out if you need to shift in how you are communicating is to look at the results of what you are creating and receiving. The people who help NMA be successful…probably more than me…get lots of questions from me and so many inquiries about what is it they need in order to be successful. They are also encouraged to ask if something is not clear…encouraged and communicated with. Take a look at your communication best practices and see if they need some upgrading.
