How Is Your Timeliness With Communicating?
There are many ways to communicate, but the least acceptable, is not responding at all. And you will find when you don’t respond, it is because you don’t know the answer or have not done the work/research to come up with an answer. Hiding from communicating never works in the long term.
What might work for a bit, is that you get really good about making up excuses about the “why” of the communicating.
When you need an answer, ask for it and supply when (date and time) you need it. When you don’t know the answer, tell them why and when you will have the information for them. Then do it. Timely and accurate communication is tied to how well respected and trusted you are.
