Breathing through the tough moments

The stats on how well we breathe and how we are breathing are disappointing…maybe even a little scary. By the time we are in our 60s, most of our lower lungs are dormant because we are not breathing deeply or often.

A terrific habit for all of us is: put your phone alarm on for 4 times a day to breathe. What? Yup, just breathing more deeply will help lower anxiety, attract better sleep, increase our health, and invite in more confidence. Each time your alarm goes off, stop and take 3 deep breaths slowly.

When we consciously breathe deeply, our body immediately connects with “I am ok”. You cannot live without your breathing. Imagine how well you could be with conscious, frequent breathing?? I guarantee you will enjoy this breathing reminder and link.
