Accountability Builds Successful Outcomes

When you know, you know. You can count on the information; person; project; income; timing. As you establish the practice of accountability in all areas; there is rarely an issue with anything ever being late again. You know when “it” will be complete; submitted; done.

Accountability adds a level of clarity to the work. When you need to get the “thing” done by Tuesday at 9:00am, you had better know what it is you are getting done. Accountability invites questions about the work; content; participation so it can be completed when expected.

Example: I have a meeting with my key people today. I put together my questions so they can be thinking about what I need and how to contribute their “expert” answers to my questions. My questions helped me get clear on what I need and also let them know what is most important about the project we will be discussing at the appointed time so they can add their “expertness”. You just have to love accountability and clarity…for all the work needed to be accomplished.

May I help?
