Breathing deeply can easily become a habit…

The first thing that a meditation expert will tell you when trying to remove your stress, is take a deep breath. Why? Breathing is our indicator about how we are doing.

Most of us hold our breath as a habit. Breathing in a shallow way. We are too worried about success and results and we can keep that life giving breath from helping us.

Become your own advocate about breathing deeply and often. It works. When you breathe deeply your whole mind, body, spirit begins to know that “they” are ok. Set an alarm for 2-3 times a day to take a break and breathe. You will discover how much it will help. 3 deep breaths, slowly.
