Leading can become a pain in the neck when we are the problem…

The last two weeks at NMA have been challenging to the point of out loud cuss words. We are resolving the issues with vendors; technology and communication to those we deal with. What I really wanted to shout was “just do it”, several times. Not to the NMA staff, but to the people we deal with.

But, then I remembered that I am an executive business coach who supposed to be patient and supportive, no matter what. Frustration and impatience can twist our panties in a knot and thrust us into a world of %^&*()_. Did I recover? Yes I did. Want to know how?

I found a nice quiet place and listened to how I was acting and reacting. I had left my power place and was visiting my “reaction” place way too much. The other people out there needed me to be who I am, at my best. And I needed me back too.

May I help?         CoachNatalie@NatalieManor.com
