Texting is not the only way to share information…

I have strong opinions on the “over use” of texting in providing content and data. If there are documents, provide them in a way that no one has to do anything except read them. Provide information that can be used on their monitors and be easily read and absorbed.

Stop stop stop using lol, ur, idnk, etc when texting. Use the voice prompt if needed, but be clear and provide all the information needed. If it is lots of data, email it. Share in files. Use Dropbox. Make it easy for others to access the content and data you share. Texting is only one way to communicate, not the only way.

My clients know to use a readable, content friendly process when providing lots of information. “Natalie, I rarely use email for anything anymore”. Well, you know what, you might be losing some very necessary clarity and a profound functioning way to easily and immediately communicate.

May I help?         CoachNatalie@NatalieManor.com
