What Do You Need Today To Feel Great?

Ice Cream! Wouldn’t it be wonderful if it were that easy? It is with my grandchildren…one scoop will please them for hours.

Here are the top 5 basics that you need for you, all of the time:

  • Hydrating – your body needs water. Add a little lemon to it
  • Sleep – New data says we need no less than 6 hours of sleep per night – good sleep, deep sleep
  • Movement – some call it exercise, however, all movement is good for us – get up and move during the day
  • Nutrition – less processed foods and more veggies and fruits – sliced apples are a delicious snack for those long afternoons
  • Positive feedback – that critical stinker in your head is not allowed to take over and be negative…all the time.
