Breathing deeply is not now natural, it is a choice…choose it!

I’m back…….reminding you to breathe. Your device can turn your highly stressed and negatively supported days and nights into a way of helping your breathe your way to health. To match the negative energy rushing at us and around us hours each day, I have increased (and my clients have) my breathing reminders on my device to once every hour…breathe, move, hydrate and create a break of the negative.

You cannot live without your breath and yet so many of you are trying to subvert the obvious by just doing what you always do…rush, work faster, add to your to do list – it will not make your stress or anxiety better because you feel like you are getting more done.

What about you? What about your needs? What about your ease and breathing? When do you get to be on the top of your to do list every day? Breathe deeply and often – you will immediately feel the difference.
