Why aren’t you taking more time to see what really works for you?
Every time I take on a new coaching client, I have the privilege of reviewing my systems for bringing in someone new. What forms to get us started. How to proceed with specifics in their coaching needs. Designing and customizing their coaching engagement to fit the needs and desired outcomes. Debriefing the leadership, communication and behavioral performance assessment. Highlighting the clients talents and strengths.
Reviewing what we do and what we do well helps us to refine any process necessary in creating highly successful outcomes. It is a thrill to see how it works and to see how it shifts the awareness and perceptions of the coaching client. Guiding and aligning with success for my clients and with my clients creates an inexplicable energy for all of us.
