Simple exercise can help us thrive in this chaotic world.

Simple exercise can help us thrive in this chaotic world.
I coach all my clients on how to breath and move. No I am not a fitness expert, but I am pretty darn competent in knowing what is healthy and needed for a good life.
Our device/phone is never more than 8 inches from our hands so it can be a perfect and immediate coach for you. Set a mid morning alarm and afternoon alarm to remind you to get up and move. Stretch, walk, move your eyes away from the screen, roll your shoulders, walk your dog, wander around for 10 minutes. All of that is movement and it interrupts the stress your body is feeling.
My favorite office exercise is using the wall to lean against, close my eyes and do 10 wall push ups. It is refreshing, my body loves it. My routine is that I move and exercise each time I visit the restroom. Either use your phone for reminders or let your body remind you when you take care of business.
