Habits of your wanted excellence are not always easy to discover.

Best for you food, drink, exercise, kindness, withholding cruel judgment, sleep, caring and leading all take practice. But before the practice, you might want to find out which habits of excellence you want for you in your life and what you aspire to stand in solidarity with.

One usually finds out early in life whether they are to be a gifted athlete or a math whiz. Both are wonderful to be and do if that is your path…but what is your path? Have you had enough action outside of your “safe” place to know even what your habits of excellence should and could be? It is so exciting to find out…
