What do I do now that I am feeling better – I want this to continue??

Some of you are beginning to recover nicely and are feeling a bit guilty that you’re feeling better about…life, money, health, people, your job. Guilt will not help you continue to feel good and refine what is now working for you.

Feeling good is really a right as far as I am concerned. We have the right to be happy, feel good, progress, learn easily and reduce stress at will. Conscious breathing and positive attitudes and vibes help so much. Hang out with the good people and the good situations. Actually, just create them for yourself.

Music is an all time winner for creating a “feel good” moment. Today I found myself humming a tune from a favorite musical. I know I am good when I am humming – it took no effort and my mind, body and spirit were aligned. What song do you need to be humming right now for just you?
