What really is stress and how do I stop attracting it?

Doing what you always do and expecting a different outcome, is insanity. Einstein told us that. Take a quick look at your behavior and identify those behaviors that are not working. You know the ones I mean…smoking, drinking too much, annoyed at everything, too much social media, no sleep.

You are either doing something for yourself or you are not. These days are filled with angst and lots of negativity. If you do not avoid this, you will become negative. It is almost impossible to avoid unless you consciously create a positive path for yourself.

I suggest deep breaths, a couple of nights a week early to bed, a great salad for dinner instead of processed convenience food, a great book, starting a journal about gratitude. We ALL have something to be grateful for…look for it and your stress will begin to disappear more easily.
