What individual performance measures are working well for you?

Planning and time management continue to be a struggle for many of us even when we are successful. You do have time to plan. You do have time to take a look at the schedules and deadlines and implement a simple way of reminding you what is most important and what is next to complete.

I love Outlook for its simplicity and for the automatic tracking in the program to REMIND me that I put together this schedule. Once you make time for planning and then executing the project and meeting the deadline, you will love planning. It will make your time management issues begin to disappear.

Your device is usually no more than 12 inches from you grasp. Use it to remind you that your planning and needs are important. If you get the privilege of working with people who are on time and meet deadlines, ask them how they do it. I did and that is now why my days and schedule work so well.
