How come you are keeping quiet when others will benefit from your thoughts?

How come you are keeping quiet when others will benefit from your thoughts?

I just got off a call with a long term client (who is growing like a leadership weed) and I had asked her this question. She is considered a valued resource by the executive team; provides terrific and trusted data and communicates easily in her talents and strengths.

She told me that she was not sure she wanted them to think she was telling them what to do. A new process had been decided on and many people were involved. Some of the details were vague and needed some polish and clarity. “Wouldn’t you, as a valued process designer guru, be a useful resource for them to create clarity”?

Her response: “Well since you put it like that, yes”!! Do not keep your ideas to yourself if you think (and know) they will provide clarity, successful outcomes and guidance.

May I help?         CoachNatalie@NatalieManor.com
