How can you be subtle, yet direct, with annoying zoom behavior?

How can you be subtle, yet direct, with annoying zoom behavior?

So many of us have the expectation that people should be totally aware of how they look and are perceived while on Zoom. We comment to each other about gum chewing; hair wrapping around the finger; not centered on the screen; NEVER remembering to unmute. The comments we make are: they can see themselves, can’t they?

If you have an ongoing annoyance about someone’s presence on Zoom calls, let them know. Let their supervisor know. Get them out of the “negative comment” circle so they can recover their self-respect and begin grooming themselves for influence and compelling/respected behavior.

What, you don’t think you should say anything to them? Well then, stop talking about them. Pick the best way for them to succeed.
