What could deep, well intentioned breaths do for you right now?

Your body loves loves loves deep breaths and conscious breathing. Why? ‘Cause it knows that when you are supplying it with deep breaths, you are ok.

Set your device alarm for morning and afternoon to remind you to breathe. Much of our breathing is shallow and rushed. Our bodies cannot live without air and yet we habitually breathe in a hyper way because of stress and anxiety.

Stop right now. Close your eyes if you can and take 3 deep breaths in and out. Slowly. Easily. Not in a rushed way. Your body will automatically relax a bit because it is being filled with the breath of life, by you, right here and right now. .
