How long do you want to stay upset and stressed?

Divorce, death, loss of a job – all of these can leave indelible marks on our psyche and hearts. We can allow the hurt, anger, and pain to follow us throughout our lives…it will affect every part of our lives from thinking clearly; being irrationally judgmental, and limit our successes and performance.

Yet…many of us have allowed the negative to become a “thing” that is a part of us…almost like an appendage. We would miss the negativity because it is our usual method of how we operate. I watched a program on hoarders and most of them, even when their homes are filled with trash and unused “stuff”, cannot see it.

My question remains – how long do you want to stay upset and stressed? You have so many other choices available to you…right here and right now.
