What kind of body movement are you including in your day?

Your body is a miracle producing “thing” that we as humans, could not replicate if we tried. And because it is intricate but wholly cooperative, we understand it needs nutrition and movement, but more and more, we are ignoring what it needs to survive and then thrive.

How many hours a day are you sitting or staring at your devices? Your body was not made to do this. If you need an example of what your body wants and needs, watch a 2-year-old right after a great nap. They want and need a snack; are high energy; become curious about the slightest object; engage easily with people and are agreeable.

How about you? How engaging, curious, high energy are you? What was your snack today? How much sleep did you get? How are you providing high energy for you today – caffeine, 5 Hour, Redbull? And your engagement with people?? How would they rate their time with you? How would you rate your time with them? The natural high energy we get from sleep, nutrition, and movement is pure gold.

P.S. Right after I finished writing my notes to you, I took 2 minutes and did wall pushups. My neck and shoulders feel so much better. I did it for myself and my body. Thanks for inspiring me.
