How are you preparing to feel really good again?

Reading the stats on how people are finding ways to feel good (coping) is a bit daunting. Increased liquor sales. Increased medical appointments to get drugs to help themselves reduce their anxiety. The one about taking in rescue puppies and kittens is the one I like the best and probably the least negative for you.

Feeling alone and being alone are often very different. You can feel alone in a street filled with people walking; zoom meetings with your teammates; virtual cocktail parties. Being alone is recognizable because you are the only one there. But feeling alone with lots of people around – and not liking it at all – is a very different feeling altogether.

Recognize when you are feeling not up to par about your situation. Make it easy for yourself to breathe and reconnect to that which is most important to you. You deserve to feel good. You deserve to feel relaxed, happy, and fulfilled…right here and right now.
