How do you know it is time to put on a sweater to keep warm?

I know, what kind of question is that? Of course, you go find a sweater when your body tells you it is cold. The cool air sends a message to your body and off you go to find that favorite sweater. Probably one you have had for a long time and is a bit shaggy…but nice and warm.

Because you know you are cold and handle it…why is it so hard for you to know when you are stressed to the max and on the verge of anxiety…and then to do something about it? Your body and mind are as accurate as needing a sweater as needing some time to breathe and relax. Yet, do you take the time? Do you let yourself notice your need? Are you continuing to push away the fact that you need some time and breathing space for YOU?

Currently, I am working on a program called: “I really am OK”. Why?, because most of us need to stop, breathe, listen to what we need, and to understand our mind and body are asking us for a stress-reducing sweater.
