What keeps you on the edge and feeling stressed?

You would think that some of the answers would include the 24/7 media; money worries; family concerns; sleep deprivation… and you would be correct in several areas. But the number one issue that people are feeling stressed over is food. How they are eating. What they are eating. When they are eating and the boundaries around food that have just dropped away.

The increased stats on the sales of non-diet sodas and candy – especially chocolate – are appalling. Candy has made it into the home and office like a staple of what we eat. Check your stash…how much sugar are you consuming because you have now changed your snack habits?

Sugar is bad for us. It supports an agitated energy that is not real and encourages a crash from overeating sugar. “They” say that our sugar habit is as bad as a drug habit. If you are craving sugar, it is time for you to think about some new food habits.
