Taking care of people has become part of your job and a skill you need to learn immediately. People are having a hard time and experiencing grief in overwhelming proportions. The new term is called “Grief Leadership”.
It is about taking care of what we are grieving and what is happening to millions of people around the world and in your organizations. People are not only anxious, but grieving the losses of what they thought they could easily control.
Talk to your people. Find out what they are really feeling. Then listen. They will guide you in your next steps of leadership that will help them and help you.
