What time of day or night are you setting aside for you and only you?

The idea of setting aside some time for you needs to be less foreign to you and more frequent. “I don’t have time” is not the self-care answer you need to hear.

Your body, mind, and spirit need an advocate and it needs to be you. One Trillion cells in your body are counting on you to breathe; put good food in your body; eliminate the negative; provide a spot in your day for recovery from the knucklehead world we are experiencing right now.

You have your device with you 24/7. Make it work for you. I use my device (and my clients use their devices) and set at least one alarm in the morning and one in that afternoon which will remind me and them to breathe and reset. It can help you be less frustrated with any situation and feel better because you are taking care of you. It DOES NOT need to be an hour. 90 seconds of good, deep breaths can renew everyone. Ask me about the COVID hacks we are successfully using to feel good and create positive results.
