What to eat and what not to eat?

The whole diet industry and food nutrition industry is telling us what and what not to eat. When you listen to your body, it will also tell you what to eat and what not to eat. Try asking your body about the foods you eat and you will get an answer pretty quickly about what is good for you and what is not so good for you.

For example, sugar is not really recommended for anyone. I know from experience that if I go to my new favorite ice cream custard stand and get a medium vanilla with caramel and heath bar crunch, I will pay for it for hours and sometimes days. It is a lot of sugar. But if I eat a big bowl of strawberries with confectioners sugar, I am ok. My body has made it very clear that TOO MUCH sugar is not good for me. What is your body telling you about what you are eating and drinking? Might want to take a listen.
