Why did Einstein say that imagination is our most powerful tool?
When you stop and notice what you are thinking (we are always thinking something), most people that I chat with say that what they’re thinking is mostly negative. That when they do notice, no matter how many times a day they stop to notice, the thoughts are usually negative. What if when you noticed your negative thoughts, you made a simple adjustment and chose positive and enjoyable thinking.
You have the opportunity to invoke your most powerful body tool, your imagination, to begin to shift from the negative to the positive easily, quickly, and then seamlessly. Just imagine that you want to have positive thoughts and you will. Just imagine that life is good and it will be. Take time to adjust and notice your thinking and you can shift your thinking without drugs, therapy, shock treatment, or alcohol. Set an alarm several times a day on your device to remind yourself to imagine positive and joyful thoughts…things will begin to shift because your “thinking” will have changed.
