How is your judgement of your life helping/hurting you?

Judgement – definition: the ability to make considered decisions or come to sensible conclusions.

This definition of judgement is derived based on the idea that we want a good conclusion; we want to use the information supplied to us in a practical and successful result producing way and that our methods for reaching conclusions serve the people, project, organization, team well.

Have your learned beliefs helped you or hurt you this week?

What judgements are you making that are serving you and the world you are participating in? If they are creating outcomes that are serving the greater good, then congratulations. If they are creating stress and arguments, maybe it is time to take a look at how you are discerning your world.

May I help?
