Where can I go when life gets too tough to handle?

Einstein said the most powerful part of any human is their imagination. It certainly is the case when there are such negative circumstances. We tend to imagine the worst and worry that it will happen. Some of us say that now is the worst. So if that is the case for you that you do not see a way out of the negativity and anxiety right now, then you need to use that powerful mind and imagination of yours to help.

That also means you need to find a space for just you to use your imagination. Whether you an isolating in a 500 square foot space or a 40,000-acre ranch, your imagination will take you where you need to go to relax, unwind, recharge and find your new hopeful steps. Schedule at least 15 – 30 minutes in your day to detach from your “reality” and imagine what would be most important to you now. Remember to breathe which tells your body it is ok to relax, right in those moments when you want to be with your imagination.

You can “go” anywhere you want. My most favorite imagination spot is a 4 season creek in the full spring and lots of burbling from the water and lots of birds singing. It always helps me. My way to getting there is a favorite chair, my earbuds with my background imagination music and closing my eyes. If it is an overwhelmingly busy day, I do it anyway. I always “come” back from my imagination time refreshed and pleased. Think about it and find your spot. Put the time for you in your device and make sure you remind yourself with an alarm.

May I help?

P.S. So many are saying they are having trouble sleeping. Here is a 24/7 link to help you relax and sleep.
