What are the thoughts you want to be thinking right now?
Many of you have asked for additional affirmations to say to yourselves so you can access the positive right now. Here is just a short list that I and my clients find powerful, to help us trudge through our tough days and turn them into “possibilities” for us.
“I am OK”, “Thinking positive thoughts calms me”, “This too shall pass”, “The entire Universe conspires to bring me my good, right here and right now”, “I am positive – I can be positive”, “I forgive myself for the doubts and congratulate myself for the hope”, “I can do this; I am doing this”, “I am adopting a positive mindset right here and right now”, “I am the master of my thoughts”, “I am attracting exactly what I need when I need it”, “I forgive”, “I am breathing to help my body, mind and spirit to know I am good”, “I am willing to learn new things”.
A very easy and convenient way for you to be reminded that thinking positive thoughts will help any situation, is to use your device to remind you. My clients use daily (multiple times) reminder alarms to get them into the mindset that works best for them. I would suggest at least a couple of reminders in the morning and afternoon.
