What results would be the best results for you right this minute?

When asked, an example of answers I have received from my audiences and clients are: more sleep; increased movement during the day; eating well; drinking less coffee and more water; quit watching the news; get off the political streams on their Facebook pages.

So pick one and do it. A very easy support is setting your device to alarm several times a day to REMIND you of the result you want and what action steps to take. My alarm is set for twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon to step away from my screens on all devices and do 90 seconds of exercise. Not jumping jacks, but something simple – wall pushups; side bends; walking around the halls; if home, taking my pup for a quick front yard walk.

The results are absolutely wonderful when you pick a result you want, stick to it and then celebrate the result. Clapping for you already.
