How are you deciding on your health and wellness habits?

There is so much news about the global virus and its emphasis on working on our immune systems to be healthy. And working on our wellness is a great idea. But what are you doing to be well and healthy when there is no threat of a global pandemic? What are your daily habits to be well and healthy?

Believe it or not, there are so many habits we can easily include in our wellness/health routine that might surprise you. Did you know that flossing your teeth keeps your gums healthy; removes so much yucky bacteria; helps with digestion because your mouth is cleaner and keeps your heart healthy because of the diminished bacteria? Just from flossing? I love knowing these details to helping me stay healthy.

Do NOT take on 27 new ways to be healthy all at the same time. You won’t do them; you will be overwhelmed and you will be most angry at your inability to be committed to a huge new list. Be kind to you. Be gentle. Be aware of what might now be the best way to support your health and wellness. I am cutting out sugar and it is hard, but I know it will be a great way to support me.
