How many times do you allow yourself to be irritated before you take decisive action?

When there is a problem to be solved, one needs to ask if they are a part of the problem? What I mean is, what are you tolerating before you decide to take action that will help solve a situation the needs your help. A call to action does not have to be inspired by anger or irritation. It can be inspired by our motivation of wanting to solve what is not working.

My grandson, who is 4, gets 3 warnings before he has to be in a time out. It escalates and everyone knows what is coming. As the time outs are needed less and less, my Little now understands tone of voice; behavior that did not work before and what works better by his participation. Everyone is learning the cues and creating successful results.

What call to action do you need? What have you learned about taking care of situations that really need your expertise or time? Remember, deep breath and then decide what it is that you want in creating highly successful results.

May we help?
