How do you know where you are if you don’t check in with where you are??

It seems pretty obvious to ourselves that if we are doing something, we are aware of what we are doing. Wait, not so much anymore. We get locked right into chugging along and forget to check in with: Is this what I am supposed to be doing right now? Is what I am doing valuable to what I need to accomplish? Would a quick review of what I am doing help with how I want this to turn out?

What and how questions are super charged with adding value to our time. What and how questions let us know how we are doing WITHOUT negative and pressuring judgement. We just ask and we will get some immediate answers. Many of my clients, who are very successful and profit producing, get preoccupied without even knowing it. A check-in, hourly, minutely, in mid-morning, late afternoon, will help you use your time well; create clear and highly successful outcomes and make you feel really proficient with your work. Setting reminder (check-in) alarms on your device will keep you exactly where you want to be with your time management and preferred outcomes.
