FOCUS People are telling you to “focus”, but what the heck does that even mean?

“So what am I supposed to be focused on?” Some people need help getting out of bed and some people need help finishing a project. Finding out where you are lacking in your daily life is where I would suggest you start the focus quest.

Learning planning, setting priorities, submitting data for the team, activities that support your life those around you, need focus. Elevating your focus to a level that is beyond what you now are able to “get”, will frustrate you. Find out where you are now.

Your “to do” list is a great place to start. Whatever you have on that list that keeps getting moved to the next day, is probably a good place to start. We are not talking about redesigning a new life, we are talking about focusing on what is not working so you can get past the mundane stuff and move into your incredible, brain building, world shifting remarkably fun and productive life.
